Net 30 days, a 1.5% per month service charge will apply to all accounts overdue.
Payment
A&D offers the following methods of payment:
· Pre-payment
· C.O.D.
· On account - net 30 days (credit approval required)
· Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Freight Policy
All in stock orders received by 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped that day. We ship all orders with the actual freight charge and handling fee added to the invoice. Unless specifically requested, all orders will be shipped via UPS unless, because of size, it is more econcomical to ship by truck. If a customer requests a specific shipper, we will do our best to comply.
Pricing
A&D will attempt to hold prices at their current levels. When manufacturers raise their prices on certain items, A&D must follow suit. Billing will be based on the prices in effect at the time of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notification to the customer.
Backorders
Occasionally, out of stock items need to be backordered. Every attempt will be made to minimize the need for backorders.
Special Order
We will be happy to special order any item if available. All special orders must be ordered in accordance with the manufacturer's minimum requirements. Special orders are non-returnable. Customers without an A&D active account must pay for all special ordered items in advance. All special ordered items will be held at A&D for 60 days. After 60 days, the merchandise will be placed back in inventory for re-sale.
Defectives
Any defective materials purchased from A&D will be replaced or full credit given after the item in question has been returned to A&D.
Return for Credit
Merchandise returned for credit must be in new condition. It must be returned with the original carton, packaging, accessories and
